Wow, I didn't realize she was doing that dismount so early on in her gymnastics career!

I remember at the team event in Syracuse they were fawning over Hollie Vise but now they had completely moved on to Carly Patterson like “Hollie is old news” lol.

I miss gymnasts being able to put their own flair into routines. It really isn't the same anymore, every routine is jam packed with difficulty down to the last second and little to no artistry.

That dismount was higher than most double tucks off beam, massive! There was one competition in 2002 or 2003 where she did both the back full and arabian in the same routine, I wish she would have kept that for the Olympics.
