Carly Pearce and Chris Stapleton perform 'We Don't Fight Anymore' live at 'The 57th Annual CMA Awards' WED NOV 8 on ABC and Streaming Next Day on Hulu.
Heck why wouldn’t you if you were an artist?? Everything he touches is gold!! I think all the time imagine when he was writing all his songs for other artists and he would sing them for them they had to be like ughhh kind of hard for me to do the song justice after he sings it!!
Lots of comments about Chris here. All warranted. But what about this SONG!? Incredible. Whoever wrote this may have penned one of the greatest songs about a relationship ending. So profound. Great performance.
Omg Chris Stapleton. There’s just something about his voice that gives me goosebumps and makes me just shake my head and almost tear up. He is beyond amazing.
Wow! I say this every time but Chris just elevates everything he sings on. And what a performance by Carley just absolutely amazing. So glad to be living in this time of history where we have Chris Stapleton to listen to.
lost mine of 30 years also , we didn’t fight, we didn’t talk, we stopped being intimate. i think he lost interest in me. hard pill to swollow but at least we stayed together until our children were adults 😢
I have all of those symptoms but just 7yrs in , we still yell n argue n 3/4 of the times I don’t know why . I can’t imagine life without her . I wish she Truly knew that.
I lived this way for 16 years I'm a marriage.. the last 4 years a real man has showed me what love is and how im supose to be loved. You got to go thru the worse sometimes to get the best. I don't regret any of my life it led me to my soul mate now.
Man when his shadow lit up and his voice kicks in it’s like immediately emotional. Makes you feel something, how he walks towards slowly and kicks in . Beautiful on both their parts, she had so much control as well! 🙏🏻🙌🏻
He has an ability to match whoever he duets with. His voice adds so much to any song. To be honest I listen to a country exclusively and I don't know much about Carly Pearce but it was a fantastic performance heartbreaking.
Hello handsomel!!! Thanks for taking your time accepting my request and also thanks a lot for the likes and comment on my Official RU-vid Page. I thank you for your support and for the appreciation you've offered over the years..I hope you keep listening and enjoying my music.
This is the 3rd straight year hes has the best performance on stage and with a different artist of a different genre. 2021 with Justin Timberlake last year with H.E.R. now this gem. His voice is a swiss army knife.
She’s one of my fave female artists, but gosh she jolts so much! Why not just stand still! Started off quite pitchy too, I wondered if maybe she was recovering from illness
Love how she puts so much emotion into it. Way better than someone just standing there singing with no emotion going into it. Really makes it seem believable. ❤
Totally agree, was hoping he'd have more of a spotlight on that, but he definitely improved her sound. Wasn't a fan of her performance. Sounds like she has a sore throat, honestly.
Beyoncé is an extremely well established artist and I’m positive she and Chris could make a great song together. The amount of talent the both of them have together is unmatched and I would love to hear them together! Beyoncé could never “ruin” anything, only enhance the greatness that she is.
I agree. Carly's a little on the flat side. Chris's pitch is damn near perfect and it makes her sound bad. I know he doesn't do it intentionally. He just doesn't know to do a bad job 😆
Saw a review of his new album. Critic was less than praising at the least, which makes me wonder if maybe he should yell more, then listen. Even mediocre songs are made wonderful by a voice like Chris has. I have followed this man since he was a loner note. I was thrilled then. I could die now. That's how much his music means to me. I don't count. I get that. I also don't care what the silent writer has to say.
This is a very powerful and very well done song. At this point in a relationship, there's just no place to go. Best to just walk away and take time to heal and hopefully pick up the pieces and move on to something or someone so much better.
As far as I'm concerned every artist wants to collaborate with Chris which is a good thing . However I will like them to at least copy a little of his singing style . He's cool while singing . No unnecessary gesticulations .He impresses you with his voice and this is what makes his songs different and great . Thank you .
