I was noticing that too, I was like wait why they are showing the same guy footage that was showed before. This has become so much stereotype that Carly having a boyfriend doesn't add at all over the things to the show, they almost look the same...

@Anri Lucy4 I personally did not like them as a couple. Carly would of just ended up hurting him because she only liked Freddy out of the fact that he saved her. Sam and Freddy had emotional growth which we never saw with Carly and him. She would possibly just fall out of that feeling and then lie causing him pain. As much as he has loved her since day one she never felt the same.

carly just took his crush on her to her advantage which is very messed up. He even gave up on her as the show went on, and freddie loved sam and she loved him too. Plus they got back together in sam and cat. I personally ship seddie because they have soooo much chemistry and is canon, and they both end up together at the end.

Creddie is the best, in my opinion. Freddie isn't a baddie, he's not a cheater, not an inturapter and not obsessed with child puppets. he's handsome, gentle, listening and smart, everything a girl really needs, especially Carly.

It's been many years since I watched iCarly. But back then, the reason Freddie never dated Carly is because he never made an attempt. Other than the obsessive nerdy crush stuff towards the beginning of the show, he never made a serious attempt to be with her. You can see their chemistry when they dated for a few days after he saved her life. But he never re-initiated it after his leg healed.
You could tell he had outgrown his crush for her at some point. Even at the end he was shocked, but recovered quickly meaning he had deeper feelings for Sam than we imagined. Hence, seeing it unfold in Sam & Cat later on.
Ok but I can’t be the only one thinking about how Sam wanted the guys that she wants, like Freddy and that other dude. Sams side : her best friend gets all the guys and she could have any guy she wants, why can’t she have a guy with out Carly stealing him Carlys side: she keeps dating all of these guys but they are all jerks, she keeps thinking that the next one will be the one but it always goes wrong so she dates anyone that COULD be the one
Oh my gosh I am so on team Creddie. I mean I felt like Carly and Freddie had a really great connection during the show and it’s just so beautiful. But even though Freddie said he wanted to wait a little while to start dating. I can still imagine them being girlfriend and boyfriend forever and ever💜
they really weren't compatible. carly never loved him and freddie only had a crush and didnt fall in love with her. He still loves sam and even ends up with her on sam and cat and seddie still continues. she even took advantage of his crush on her. Sam and Freddie had so much more chemistry and they both have genuine love for each other

Heres my theory on that: I think in that world Nevel pretty much took the role of Sam as Carlys best friend and then they became a couple at some point. So they might have known each other for years (like Carly and Sam in the real world) hence why they went to the same school. Also Carly may have been a positive influence on Nevel like she was with Sam so thats why he is so much nicer and Sam in that world without Carly is in jail for doing bad things. Lastly, with Spencer being born normal, it’s possible that the Carly from that world who we never really see may share similarities with normal Spencer depending on how he raised her.

It’s ok, I’m a creddie shipper too and I had enough of seddie shippers bullying everyone who doesn’t ship it. Most of them are very harsh. Creddie is so simple and so non-toxic compared to seddie which is toxic, low key abusive (and doesn’t make any sense) so I don’t see any problem with shipping them
