Recorded at the ISSMA State Marching Band Finals on Saturday November 8th, 2014, snare drummer Ryan McClain performs Carmel's show titled "In The Cards". This show received a 2nd place at the state finals competition.
Dank technically those guys aren't snares, there were a few "duos" as we called them that were old quad drums put into two drums, then added some padding underneath to make them really deep impact drums. The old snares were a bit smaller than our other snares, had the bottom head removed and had additional padding to make them deeper tom drums. They're all playing matches grip because this section was for newer members of the line to get their hands and feet moving before learning other instruments.
