I wonder if maybe Carmen was bi herself. Yes, it seemed like they were playing the whole thing with Gray, but it kinda seemed present with Julie too. Maybe? I don’t know. If anything I think it was going to eventually be implied that it would follow the software canon because each of her partners she actually chooses to work with besides Player are all her A.C.M.E. partners and has a special relationship with them that is different...Carmen ultimately ends up with Chase. Jules- BFF Player- Best Bro Surara- Dad Chief Fraser- Mom Zack and Ivy- her kids Chase- Partner in both senses of the word.
