@@evil-wombat Yes even then they were mass produced but that was a time when things were made solidly, with absolutely mechanical things only and no digitalized crap in any way shape or form. Proper things was all that there was all the time(and that's how it should've remained). But yet of course, the monetary system being the dictatorial POS that it is just has to limit people financially to what they can and cannot produce as soon as someone finds something more cost efficient...
@@CBF1 I feel there are tradeoffs. If property designed and stored, the digital crap will last damn near forever, with minimal wear and virtually no maintenance needed. Mechanical devices wear out more readily and require cleaning, lubrication, and tune-up (more so than their digital counterparts). Of course, if you are designing for minimal cost and are using components with no margins and barely meeting spec, then yes, you'll see premature failure. But I feel shoddy design leads to premature failure in any situation.
As many have guessed, this is indeed the musical interlude that plays when your lanterns are extinguished in the first entry in the iconic fear-inducing stageplay series, Five Sequential Evenings at Sir Frederick Fitzgerald Fazbearington's Abode. Keep Thy Lantern Lit
@@josefidelmartinez3708 Basically there is this game that came out in 2014 named "Five Nights At Freddy's" where you have to survive couple of nights, every one of them from 12AM to 6AM. Now let's say you're a nightguard working that 12 to 6 nightshift. When you're doing that, a bunch of animatronics try to kill you. You are locked in a room, with 2 large doors and limited power. When you've used all power after a couple of seconds you can see eyes in the left door while this music box is playing. Once you hear it in the game, you're definitely dead. I really recommend playing the game.
Hm, I do believe that was the consumation and then therefore gnawing on of '87, specifically within the 20th century, therefore making it the bite of '87
@@Nite_Boiii i had the biggest fnaf phase but i still find it beautiful because it's a fucking banger that i associate with "scott has good taste in music boxes damn"
This splendid tune reminds me of when I attended the feast of 87’ at Frederick Fitzgerald Fazbear’s Diner. I was accompanied by Chica Chestershire, Bonnebel Bunningsworth and Wolfgang Foxbury II. A splendid feast it was! I can remember everything that happened there, even though I was mere young man at that time. Though after it had become sunset, they all started acting quite mundane and “quirky.” I had to spend 5 evenings at the location. It was a lovely experience I will never forget! I thank my comrades Frederick, Chica, Bonnebel and Foxbury for giving me such a wonderful experience!
my grandma died around five years ago, she had this custom made for her when she was in her thirties because she liked the original so much, i havent listened to it since she died so hearing this made me get hit by a bus of nostalgia
I heard this wonderful tune at Frederick Fazbearington’s Inn, what a splendid feast it was! I was also accompanied by Bonnabel Bunnington, Chica Chestershire, and Wolfgang Foxbury II. Although we ate spectacularly, one child got nibbled by Fredbear. I left the Inn and scolded Michæl Appleton, the young man that put Evån Appleton inside Fredbear’s jawhole. Williæm Appleton also beat the Life out of Michæl for nibbling Evån.
As I invision this scene from your description I cannot help but chuckle at the occurrence of events! What a story that I shall share with my acquaintances. I thank you for this splendid form of entertainment.
First half of the video: "This is such a beautiful song, and I can't imagine the precision and fine tuning that goes into making music boxes like this." Second half of the video: Shivering Intensively
First half: Hmm, an interesting and quite random RU-vid recommendation. Still, nice song. Second half:............................................................................. *whispers weakly* "oh god no"
The first half sounds so beautiful and magical, but the second half takes me back to my middle school horrors. It's like being at peace with a calming lullaby one moment and the next I feel like I'm going to be assaulted by a giant rabbit in my nightmares again. The gamers in the comments will understand what I mean by that, but I honestly wish I could just listen to this song again without remembering the game that terrified me as a child.
i personally wouldn't wish that because it's such a unique experience to be engulfed into such a beautiful song only to be reminded of nostalgic horror, it's a unique feeling really and i'd treasure it :]
The game is FNAF, and it is Freddy who plays this tune. He's the brown animatronic bear. Bonnie is the bunny animatronic, but he doesn't play any music.
@@TheExtremelyFluffyYeti i think he knows? the music reminds people of five night at freddy's as a whole, and many people were terrified of Springtrap who is also a bunny animatronic
0:49 is my favourite part. It reminds me of this relaxing tune but I just can’t put my finger on it. They should totally incorporate this into a video game or something!
What a beautiful Song. I hope it wont be used in an indie horror game which will thrive in popularity and create a traumatic experience with said melody
@@LocalToaster. what games are you talking about? There are no popular games that use this song. I don’t think anyone could possibly name any video game with this specific song in it. It is literally not possible that any game has ever used this song.
My, O My, Fredrick Fitzgerald Berrington has quite an exquisite taste in the dimension of music, truly a delight to those staying in Fredrick Berrington's Champagne Winery, especially when the candle lights have been whisked away into the darkness.

What a great song originally written in 1873 Being played on a metal disc through a music box from 1890. I sure hope someone doesn't use this melody in their anamatronic mascot horror game 124 Years later👀
What a magnificent song, it reminds me of the time I went to this fancy restaurant where a 6 foot waiter named “Frederick von Fazbearington” turned off the lights and started singing this magnificent piece of music, such great times!
@@MUFFINNNNNNNNNNNN well yeah I know that having a robotic bear playing a tune during a power outage and is about to brutally kill u isn’t relaxing but when that does not happen and you don’t know fnaf or don’t play fnaf it can be relaxing
The bone chilling fear that sank into my heart immediately gave me the most goosebumps I have ever experienced in my life. Never have u ever been so terrified of hearing this when the power goes out.
Uh what on earth are you doing here the place is on lockdown j j just get through the night its safer than leaving at the middle of the night we will move you to day shift
They were most likely translated from sheet music- all that had to be done would have been to align each note in each beat along a single line straight from the center of the disk
@@laurengreedywiweedy8635 Because horror, I guess? They probably had a feeling that they couldn't translate into words quite effectively, making this strange comment. The right brain feels, and the left brain interprets it.
Start of song: "Ah, what a merry little tune. Surely nothing is amiss." 0:49: "Yes, the interlude of darkness. Most known for it's iconic appearance in the fear-bringing stage play: Five Fine Evenings At Sir Frederick Fitzgerald Fazbearington's Humble Abode."
I must be the only person here who hasnt played 5 Nights, this was nothing but a beautiful song to me with no horror game memories attached. :) Didn't even know it was related till I looked at the comments.
Cant wait to listen to this man, big fan of classical stuff. Edit 1: pretty good so far Ngl kinda pretty sounding. Edit 2: NO NO NO NO NO NO PLEASE NO PLEASE GOD HAVE MERCY PLEASE
@@olaffilo8972 It's just that at the second half of the song, a game wich uses this theme and got famous is referenced in the comment. but yet it's a classical piece of song and it's only famous now by the game that uses it. More than 200 years of Carmen Torreador and kids get over with "it's from fnfa". Like a kid saying doom slayer or master chief is from fortnite.
I don't know why, but every time I watch this video all of the sudden the candles in my residence get blown away by some strange wind and suddenly a tall gentleman, named Frederickson Emmerich Fazerbeartskovich, wearing nothing more than a bow tie and a small hat appears at the door of my bedroom with glowing eyes flashing to the beat of that sweet melody. I'm really worried and in need of some advices about what should I do on those moments..
When this song comes to mind I think all my fears have washed beyond me it helps me think I don’t remember this song from fnaf I remember it from my old grandmas music box that I still keep and cherish it is the best melody I’ve ever heard
*u r the 2nd half when its 5:59am and u see freddy at ur left door blinking his white eyes at u knowing that u only have a few more seconds before your death...*
@@kelslynn944 stupid fnafers consider Bizet's great work to be their game. I do not dispute that the game is cool, but fuck you are already tired of your idiotic sayings and unfunny memes
Wonderful melody! The sound of music box gives a pleasant sense! Even if some door bells and quartz clocks electronically imitate the sound of melodies played by music-box but they can't beat the real music-boxes and chiming clocks.
I’ve seen those tiny music boxes and I’ve seen player pianos. But I’ve never seen a record version of those done on a metal plate and it’s the most cool and elegant looking thing I will see this month
Oh felony! The wax light extinguished... Great heavens, Why is Sir Frederick Fazbearington The V blinking in the dark and giving an ominous glare? Should thy nor' perform such mischievousness.
This... is... indescribable beauty... It touched my heart completely. Closing my eyes or being in the dark, listening to this melody, I imagine that I am in a palace at a masquerade of the 19th century... This melody is my love forever since now.
I imagine this masquerade would feature Italian food, characters wearing all sorts of wonderous disguises, and an underlying story of intrigue and horror.
"I wrote this song, I hope artisans and aristocrats listen to it with great pleasure for generations to come, I couldn't imagine 11 year olds associating it with trauma"
This is quite similar to a song that my grandmother used to sing… her unique take on the lyrics were “ har har har har har “ and she would turn off the lights whenever she sang.Unfortunately she was hit by an 18-wheeler and just repeats the phrase “ Was that the bite of ‘87?!”
