The fact that they refused to even document you having an injury and automatically siding with the criminal before even getting your statement is kinda crazy

I know Carmine is meant to be a horrible self advocate and make people hate him because he's the heel but like. In what world is an officer being about to be knocked out and having their gun stolen from them not a direct threat to their life justifying potential usage of lethal force. This isn't the end of Friday, where they put down the gun and square up. The gun is actively there and involved, and if he goes down the police officer is at risk of being robbed of their gun. Like... what world does this even make sense in character?
