Fun fact - the delivery guy who appears at the beginning of the episode and tells Carm people are upset about The Beef being gone is not an actor. He's Christopher Zucchero (Nat even refers to him as "Christopher"), the owner of Mr. Beef, the real Italian beef shop in the River North neighborhood of Chicago that the show is based on.

I’ve talked to him many times when I ate @ Mr. Beef. He told me that they recreated another Mr. Beef restaurant for the film studio because they needed the original Mr. Beef open for business. The replicated Mr. Beef from every little detail. His childhood friend is the creator of the show. Christopher is a freaking cool guy! He also appeared in season 1 ep 1. His name in The Bear is Chi-Chi

@@omarhernandez6518 Sugar actually referred to him as Christopher when she crossed paths with him as he was leaving and she was coming in - "Good morning, Christopher". They may be using his real name the same way they used Donnie Madia's real name in S2. Donnie was the Chicago restaurant owner Sydney was talking to with gray hair and the scarf in S2E3, and he appears again without dialogue in the S2 finale sitting at one of the tables with a group of friends during the Friends & Family soft opening.
