This figure is actually awesome, in my opinion aswell but I got the original version thinking it was the clear version, but still, they are both awesome, and I enjoy them. Mine also broke it was one of the knee pads, but it still works. Amazing review
Now I see this one...man, it's really cool, I could just get this version because the basic colour one was already sold and I didn't know if it was as good as that but maybe it was the best choice actually!
Hobby Genki but they sold out a while ago hobby-genki.com/en/amazing-yamaguchi/1687-figure-complex-amazing-yamaguchi-carnage-limited-edition-clear-ver-4537807013293.html
I got it from Hobby Genki as a request order but they sold out. You will probably need to try eBay now. Not sure about tax as that'll depend on your local area.
Gonna have to go with clear (unbroken, obviously). Depending on the light, the clear version has new ways of standing out and looking even more sinister. The original version is still a very cool figure, and worth getting if you want a consistent comic look from the line. I'll try get a comparison of the two over the weekend.
Got mine today and i gotta say the lower abs is really thight / stiff smthing.. too bad can't get my hands on venom invisible color. Anyway , just like you said the clear version do look more sinister depending on the light. Any advice about the lower abs ?
Are you able to ask the seller to get the parts. It sounds like a few people have had the lower abs issue. As tempting as it is, try not to use that joint, and see if you can google translate your way to contacting customer service at Kaiyodo/twitter. It sucks people are having this same issue on an otherwise exciting figure!
@@Jehdii Thanks, I finally got a chance to take it out and the ab area of the figure is very stiff…I’m thinking if I try to force it to move it will break. Shame on the qc issues especially since this is a limited edition item
Price, firstly. If it's too cheap, something is sus. Package print quality is another. My KO regular Carnage has terrible printing. The flaps of the real package usually (usually!) have stuff on them for most Revo figures, a KO often keeps them plain or gets it wrong. The the figure, the Revo joints are unique, the sockets won't be even, the overall feel of the figure will be off. It may even been tall/smaller. The finish (paint app or detailing) will often will sloppy, uneven and rushed looking. I haven't seen a KO Translucent Carnage so not sure if there will additional differences e.g. foggy/dirty translucency.
Ah, it's a shame you're having the same problem! The ball joint was stuck in the lower abs so when I twisted it, it first felt ok until I realised it's actually just gone and broke. It seems like a manufacturer issue. Where did you buy from? Try asking the seller if they can contact Kaiyodo for new parts so you can swap it out.
@@Jehdii they told me they can’t send me a replacement and told me also to try the magnet fix which I don’t have any idea on how to do it 😞😞😞 but was it like very very tight before it broke?
@@mkmilky6965 that sucks. I am not sure what else can be done. Yeah, mine was stuck. The joint never moved at all so I tried to scrape it out. For magnets you will need to find some super thin and small sized so it doesn't add to much height. You may find them on eBay or local hardware store. Don't try getting a bootleg as the joints are different there.
@@Jehdii yes probably but anyway I just got news that I will be getting the joint for the waist but not the waist part which the same thing as urs the ball is stuck on the waist and they told me I have to get that ball joint out form the waist and I really don’t know how man 😞
@@mkmilky6965 Wait unil you get the parts before doing anything in case you do get the abs as well. If you don't get the abs, you'll have to try heat it up and pull out the ball somehow or cut it out manually, bit by bit...
