I sometimes pause at the beginning, put on my headset, and play my viola to feel like I'm an actual performer

Purchase a VR headset and if you know how to play your instrument with your eyes closed then you'll feel like you're actually there when you have the vr headset on.

Awe inspiring! Perhaps this wonderful technology could be utilized by orchestras across the country to raise revenue beyond the capacity of the concert hall. No gimmicks; no marketing ploys; no artistic compromises. Just music.

Ugh ever since I performed there earlier this month, videos don’t cut it anymore. You need to see this stage in person before you leave this earth, it’s too stunning for words.

Another Great Performance well done by my orchestra in the big apple. I recently attended a concert in early November when the Philadelphia Orchestra performed this piece by Grieg , which happens to be among one of my favorite works written by Grieg.

In The Hall of The Mountain King from the Peer Gynt Suite written by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg. It was written I think 1875ish or thereabouts.

For me, Carnegie Hall is a dream, so many greats have performed there. I have been blessed with the opportunity to stand where they stood along with my choir, this summer 2016. I'm however in need of help to get there. It's a long shot but if you could check this out: www.gofundme.com/singcarnegiehall and help whichever way you choose that would be great! This is a long shot I know, It's just that when it comes to something I hold dear, I always want to try all avenues possible.

So, second most embarrassing moment of my life, anybody wanna hear it? Happened right here at Carnegie Hall. High school band trip to New York. So I'm an oboist, right? I have water to put my reeds in, right? And sometimes unfortunate things happen with said water. See, we went out to the stage for a sound check (thank God this didn't happen during the actual performance), so just to warm up a little bit and see what the stage is like, and what do I do? I'm guessing you've already figured out with my overly-drawn-out and predictable story. So yeah, spilled my reed water on the stage of Carnegie Hall. And the fancy worker people had to go and get a towel to clean it up and luckily I didn't see my teacher's face but I'm pretty sure it wasn't very cheery. But oh my gosh I felt so bad...~:~
