I met the members of this back in Portland Oregon. They came into the Italian beef joint I worked at.. these guys appreciate good food. I took their orders and made their sandwiches. They tipped me well and were so polite. Even invited me to the show after work. Michael's Italian beef and sausage in Portland Oregon.

They are always tweaking their sound. I like that aspect about them. They've gotten better and more polished every record. Slaughter to Prevail and Carnifex. On the mountain top of the genre.

I’m more old school when it comes to deathcore so Despised Icon is at the top for me. This is definitely a lot better than a lot of their other new stuff though. And I do think Thy Art Is Murder deserves to be part of the conversation as well.

And right when it’s breaks down, on que with with hell chose meeee, this small blonde chick right next to me against the barrier go to head bang and slams her head into the barrier, passes out and the guy behind her was like “o you wanna go up” and just launches her up on the crowd... love you guys.
