thank you for commenting. what I found is that the few ships (even other cruise ships)has been gluten free but not dairy free. BUT each ship buys from there local area some times, so we always ask a chef for the ingredients. On carnival ask a sous chef or higher ( red or white scarf)
The grill is always gf. The buns always stay on the line. I got one while he was cooking a whole grill of burgers. For the df I just made sure it was slow and I saw he had plenty of burgers on the line. It just happened he was slow and did it that way cooking only our burgers. When a little busy you ask for the manager then tell him. He will make everything in back. Hope this helps I just try to get there and pizzeria when slow. Less chance of cross contamination
