Thank you for the birthday wishes! We’ve definitely had a relaxing week to Alaska. Replying to a couple comments while in Juneau staying out of the drizzle! Thank you for joining us for our live today!!
They send the occasional Spirit-class ship to the UK, but we haven't seen any other classes of ships out there. You'll just have to make your way over to New York for the Venezia to get that Italian flare on a burger.
I wonder if the mooz one needs some acid. Maybe a drizzle of balsamic glaze? I look forward to trying it someday. I really want to take Italian husband on carnival. I think he’d love it. And I haven’t been in 10 years!
I mean I will still try them both but wanted the heads up. :) Let me know what I'm in for. I honestly don't think I'll like either one but I'm open to trying them! I really like my burgers relatively plain.
It’s definitely not for everyone, but we love the flavor profile the pepperoni has with the burger. So unique and tasty! And that’s the beautiful thing of a cruise ship: try things you wouldn’t normally, and if you don’t like it, try something else! 😁
Guys Burgers are never really good. I always want them to be good but in the end, I'm disappointed and usually feel sick afterwards. Also hate the used rags for napkins. Just disgusting. I feel like I need a silkwood shower after eating at Guys. I just don't get why people like it. And that toppings bar is usually disgusting. Always a mess, ketchup everywhere, flies. Gross.
Honestly, and I know this might upset some loyalists, but I kind of agree. I'm always excited, but I end up just kind of let down - and feeling gross after. With that said, I have been really impressed by several of the new additions (the limited time Funderstruck Nacho Burger was my favorite). I haven't experienced the same disappointment with the toppings bar, thankfully. I love being able to top my fries with lettuce, pickles, peppers, chili, and ketchup. In fact, sometimes, I just get the fries and overhaul them to my taste. ;) Thanks for watching and sharing your own experience and thoughts! -Mark
