The carnival attracts approx i million people. 38 arrests are a small number, it means 999962 people were acting properly enjoying the atmosphere and music. Well done the police for dealing with a tremendous challenge.!
I love Ladbroke Grove/Wesbourne Park. Worked there for a couple of years near the market I miss the local people.. Went to Carnival Yesterday been to over 20 … Safest I felt in all the years and saw no trouble with a Million people around me… Off again today! Biggest Street Carnival in Europe … Great opportunity for everyone to Celebrate Culture! 98 Football teams in the UK played the weekend .. love to know how many arrests were made! Saw Fish on Clydesdale Road about 7pm by King Tubbys Speakers talking to a friend it looked like and didn’t want to interrupt!
