In this video. we are in Ensenda Mexico for Day 3 of our cruise aboard Carnival Radiance. We boarded the excursion bus at 9 am. We ended up in a more rural area of Ensenda, with endless avineyards and Ranches! We arrived at Dulce Vista where we experienced the Taste of Mexico cooking class. We mad three different dishes with fresh ingredients and products locally made in Mexico. Everyone was professional and welcoming. There was endless margaritas and we had a Tamarine Margarita that was amazing! The cooking instructor was also amazing and very clear and passionate about her teaching! Lastly we went to a tequila tasting location near the port called Dona Engracia were we learned the process of making Tequila. wmWe also sampled 6 different Tequilas, that were amazing!
