Bravo, bel ouvrage. S'il sonne, c'est une reussite. Je me dis que la brosse montee sur une perceuse a colonne serait une bonne idee: pour le rendu et pour la securite.

brazing/soldering needs a little more practice ;) - i was wondering, why you dont use flux material. Also in this step at 12:03 i would suggest to try and balance the head on the noseplate. That way you can easily heat up the area you want to solder and the silver/tin can not drop down on the finished headpiece but will stay in the area you want to solder. With some flux material put on 'before' starting to heat, you can watch the silver/tin follow the contact edges between nose and headpiece just by keeping the nose at the right heat. No offence meant though, i learned copper/brass smithing and soldering in my apprenticeship few years ago. You're doing a really great job here!! The finished carnyx looks incredibly cool :D - i also like your metal-shirt mate \m/
Thank you for your coment. I use some liquid flux but I think I should use the powder one. I will try more silver welding than tin, it seems easyer but it's more expensive. If I remember well I first put the head on the nose but it didn't work for some reason. I don't have enought equipment to prevent it from falling.
