Many years ago at family prayers, I asked God "And please allow some men to get pregnant and go through menopause." Mum laughed out loud and said "Amen to that!" This was because she'd been complaining of how unfair it was that men get to breeze through life without all the health issues that women go through.

If I could, I would take HRT. I have the symptoms described. On antidepressants, as my oestrogen sensitive breast cancer, that was treated 10 years ago, means I can't take HRT. As if breast cancer at 48 wasn't bad enough...
