Wow, Carola's Parotia really has the most complex dance moves compared to those of Lawes's Parotia. The only difference is he does these five moves until reaches the Parotia's signature dance move; the ballerina dance.

Really sorry to see how the wonderful photography and excellent narration were absolutely ruined by the goofy music and the "effects." Way, way too many cuts with interspersed flashes and stars and effects. The website itself for the Birds of Paradise project is a little too "trick" as well. Please, make it simpler, less flashy, less effects, and lose the canned "disco" music. Really ruined it for us. The photography stands on its own.

Beautiful images. But the canned Disco music seems so unworthy of this beautiful elegant bird. And the anthropomorphising so unworthy of the Cornel Lab of Ornithology.

Too much talking. Much could be cut. Music too loud. Why can't we just enjoy seeing the bird's moves with a FEW comments re the perch and move name.? Otherwise: wonderful photography.
