Definitely finger food - especially if it comes in a basket! The exception is if you're eating fried shrimp and french fries with the Queen of England, but usually when she's in Carolina Beach she just goes to The SeaWitch.
Thanks for taking us along! I spent a few days in Wilmington and topsail Beach. We ate at a fantastic restaurant along the river I think it was called George.
Your video was one of the best videos I seen 💯 spot on & very enjoyable, I loved it!!!!!! I felt I was right there by your side as you were walking down the boardwalk, I enjoyed how you captured everything & didn't miss those cute little tidbits such as... love the fact how you sat on the swing & was swinging while recording ur video 👍 & I love the plaque of the fish that stated... the birth place of shag dedicated by shaggers to honor the dance... "what a beautiful saying" I heard that saying a long time ago 🤔hmmm... so I'll definitely have to stop at Carolina Beach & take pictures of that plaque. Wilmington was lovely & I especially love the visitor center it looked like a castle 🏰 I didn't know the USS Carolina was in Wilmington nor did I think Wilmington had much historic information. So kudos to you & again thank you for a well-edited, informative video w/a plethora of facts & keep your videos coming👏💯🤗 PS could you do a video on the best place to live in NC & in SC I'm planning to move down there & I don't know which I should move to first NC or SC. THANK YOU 🤩👍
Just spent last weekend there with my daughter, the Aquarium and Nikki’s Sushi Bar, Britt’s Donuts at the Boardwalk. Was pretty neat. BASKET = FINGER FOOD, but you do have the right to have those little quirks that you feel like you can’t touch your food. By the way, Nikki’s is excellent. Ate their twice Friday and Saturday night for dinner. Britt’s, get to the donuts! Your family seems like a lot of fun.
@@zaria46271. It's a Port City, the 'Port City' to be exact. 2.In the South and Historically embedded with racial issues. Everywhere in the world has history, but for some reason Wilmingtonians carry deep scars. I'm a northerner who lived there for over 10yrs. Spiritually, there are some places like Porters Kneck area that holds a great deal of heaviness ( for me). The History behind the 'Azalea Festival' was something that jarred me, but I have mixed feelings about. Then there's 'The Wilmington 10' (national news, but I never heard of it until living there), there's more.
My family and I were there in 2018 and passed by all those roads! Our hotel was just around the block from that creamery in myrtle. Your wife and kids seem bored. I’m sorry you had to put up with that. (Don’t know, that may be just my perspective.) You were trying so hard to be happy. I would be SO excited and happy. I adore the coast. I felt so bad for you :(
@@kenlonghorn9873 I don’t think he should divorce his family lol that’s a bit extreme but life is short and happiness is a wonderful thing. He should be happy with someone who loves being with him
@@exploringthegrandstrand Man anyone can tell they aren’t happy, and they clearly didn’t want to be there...even if you didn’t record. They were miserable and that’s damn sad
@@exploringthegrandstrand naw bruh just be like yo guys i gotta go to the store or something and make sure u got everything packed in the car and then escape
The quality of your video is fantastic, please share what type of phone or camera you use. And your hand is very stable, unlike most videos I have seen. Thanks for sharing!

Really Nice. The same in Denmark & North Germany (Baltic Sea). The english Seaside is different. I`ve been here in 1995 by car coming from Washington D.C.
Next time you go to Wilmington try Britts doughnuts and Indochine restaurant. Also for good Italian try Antonio's Pizza and Pasta at the Monkey Junction location
Yeah, someone else caught me on that as well. We moved to South Carolina from Maryland last year and Wilmington, Delaware was fairly close to us so I guess that is why I goofed it up.
You did not go to Wrightsville Beach or the Cotton Exchange!!!! I don’t think your family was happy to be there!! I would give anything to live there again. Hopefully I will live there again in the very near future
