If we get that effort from the defense each game…oh, the possibilities!! Bijan, man you were Hercules Hercules in your first NFL game. That first TD I’m sure he’ll never forget. Even after that fumble you bounced back like a vet. What an effort by the entire team. Carolina showed some fight but you guys handled adversity like a real contender. This is the only beginning!! So proud of this falcons team. What a way to start off the season with a win over the rival panthers. Incredible work from the defense they were absolutely amazing. Jessie Bates in his falcons debut incredible with not one but two interceptions, and a forced fumble recovery for the defense. Holding the carolina defense to just 10 points. Offense started out slow but nice to see bijan his first career touchdown. Tyler able to get in the endzone twice as well. Ridder was able to pickup second half and be much better. Good work offensive line. Incredible win once again to begin the season as the falcons are over .500 for the first time since 2017. Green Bay comes to town next sunday. #RiseUp

Great win felt really good. It was nice to at least get a hint of what the offenses potential can be with that huge gainer to Kyle pitts. We really need to unlock this offense ridder definitely settled in I wish he got some jitters out in preseason he really needs reps

That run game and defense reminds me of the falcons Superbowl run . Coleman and freeman . We have too get our passing game in stride tho. It’s no reason we shouldn’t have at least one player without a 1000 yard receiving season . If pitts can give us that . And London can give us 700-1000 we will have a lethal offense

As a Panther's fan i don't expect us to have a winning record this season but i do expect to see progress over the length of the season. Im expecting Bryce to make mistakes like he did in this game but im also expecting to see him adapt and improve by the end of it. We need to figure out his strengths and build around them appropriately. It's going to be a long season.
