Love this one. Perfect size, beautiful house all around. The only minor thing I don't like are the master bathroom doors and how the right door opens onto the soaker tub. I'd go with a barn style sliding door instead.
@@beckyakers5432 a basement could be an option as well as the cape. The stairs could be in a few different places. It would just depend on what you want with the plan!
Like Many of the augmentations this customer did to this plan. Can you add additional wall size to one of the living room side walls? I. e. As you face the dining room/kitchen the living room side wall can you extend it out say another 6'. ? Also just in case I need them can you add upper cabinets above The island?
@@stevenkaskus6173 yes, you could extend that wall that runs parallel to the dining and front living room. There is no option for over the island cabinets.
@@stephendodson8302 they are where the bathroom exhaust vents out. We have to remove the one over the door. It was misplaced. You should have one hanging from the soffit at each bathroom for the exhaust fan.
