Caroline Catz 25/12/2022 Discussing the Doc Martin Finale 

Same.... I'm kind of hoping it turns out to be like the series Gray's Anatomy. They ended that series several years ago but because there was such an outpouring from fans for it to come back, they brought it back like a year or so later and it continues to run new episodes today. Fingers crossed this happens with Doc Martin because it's truly the only show I watch and surprisingly, I relate to the Doc in so many ways 😳😂🤷‍♀️

I think we could do with a lot of Doc Martins at the moment, you can tell it's all fantasy, you try getting a Doc to come out to you, no chance. We'll all miss him.😧

What is the age diff between the 2? He's 62 but just saw a clip on "Good Morning" with really long hair and looks allot older (like in his 70's) whereas She looks the same almost the same as S1. Seriously here I'm struggling to guess her age. 45? 50? 55 max. But doesn't look it. 😮

Agree, we need more shows like this.

What do you mean "every week"? They did maybe 10 shows every couple of years that's not every week lol

I disagree, they basically ruined all the characters over the years and made them total nutters. Look at Mrs Tishell and Bert Large. They had become ludicrous and unlikeable by the end. Because the writers insisted on making everything that ever happened in Portwenn turn into a complete disaster

She plays a detective in another series, the title escapes me at the moment. It took some adjustment at my end as my mind was stuck in Portwen.

I've also seen a French version, set in Brittany, of course, in a small town twinned with Port Wen. The episode I saw had an identical storyline to an English one I'd already seen. It was enjoyable, though I have to say the French doctor was not quite as neuro-divergent as the fabulous Doc Martin!

agree. not much of an interview. she did not get a chance to say anything and than this pasty game. disappointing.

There was no show without her and she owned and made that role one that only she could fulfill :)

There are so many hosts who lack the art of interviewing: I find it very annoying. The interview should be about the guest not the host. The host should ask the guest a question and let the guest answer the question uninterrupted. As for Caroline Catz, she is a very talented actress. I have just started re-watching the Vice series from the early 2000's with her and Ken Stott. She literally does not appear to have aged. I look forward to her next project.

I don’t understand why they didn’t have a final season where the doc gets over his phobia and gets the big job in London. That was such an annoying buzz kill when they canceled the big move to London and then ended the show where basically nothing happens story wise and there’s no closure for anything.

I will miss Louisa and Martin .Great together. So much excellant Act- ing in this Series of Doc Martin . Beautiful Louisa and Martin was Sexey and Handsome . Very Great acting by Peter the little boy with the Spleen injury etc, also Worenna ,Al, Ruth , Joan, Mrs. Tishel ,Joe , Janet Mark , the other Policeman , James Henry and S. Weaver Claire B, Martin Mother . And Bert .The little girl that walked on top of cars , so many , Great actors everyone was very good , I could go on Danny and the guy that sang and played for the Children at school . The producer, and Directors and Writers and all the ones behind the scenes and extras were all great What an Awesome show . The very Best !!!! I felt a lot of season 10 was nonsensical and sub-par writing.
