Not real to MY knowledge (haven’t played p5r but have played p5) because you can’t get stats that high without leveling up the persona Edit: also Jack Frost leveling up to 99 not learning megidolaon which the game said it would learn at level 11 as well as Jack Frost doesn’t learn megidolaon naturally only through the gallows/persona meat grinder. Edit it is a hack for reasons rei sawatari pointed out but you can get all stats to 99 form fusion alarm can’t find the video but look up some thing along the lines of Uber pixie persona 5 royal

@@michaelmeyer4845 Pretty easy to do in Royal it's just time consuming. Trigger an alarm, fuse a persona, use that persona to boost the one who's stats you want to increase. The boost will "fail" and that persona will only get the stat increase and not the XP so it's entirely possible to have all stats at 99 on a level 1 persona. Royal has made it really good to make all persona viable.
