My goodness, I can't believe I found this. This book changed my life. Nothing else has been so profound. Mind you, I'm a huge fan but that book found me when I needed it most. I'm crying here now...oh my. I'll never forget it. To this day when I hear people talk of the dark night of the soul I'm on them lol. It's turned into such a buzz word...such disrespect. But anyway, I'm just very grateful to find this now. Ten years after the book...my gosh. So much life has happened since. It takes my breath. I'm Forever Grateful Caroline...I have a unique strength and perspective because of you ❤️

Caroline, last night, I listened to your most recent video ( no time to be passive) prior to falling asleep, feeling very discouraged and sick with dread over Putin’s attack on Ukraine. Usually I stand in the knowing that, this time, in the big picture, the light won (recent future tense.) Then I woke at 3am to see you’d posted this from years ago and immediately began listening. I could hardly believe my ears; I was seized by what you were saying and I felt energy shifting all through my chakra system, waves and waves of swirling energy as I was hit by realization after realization. Now I’m up with journal in lap to “work out my own salvation” as I listen to this again, capturing, as best I can in words, the flashes of new understanding, which came like lightning into my mind. But I need first to thank you for this life-ring you tossed which I’ve got hold of now. Your descriptions of the different kinds of mystics is SO helpful. 🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼🥰🙏🏼 PS- My last words in last night’s journal entry were: “Prozac...is it time?” !!! 🙏🏼💕🙏🏼💕🙏🏼💕🙏🏼💕🙏🏼💕🙏🏼

I have read Carolyn Myss’s “Defy Gravity” and it is life transforming. Great way to start my 2023 🎉

When Caroline was speaking about the " Irrational Love" that a mother has for it's child... it really HIT ME, that that is the LOVE God has for all of us. Of course i you always here "God Loves You"... but until she said that, about how a mother loves her child.. I never really FELT the love God had for me up until this point. I just started weeping.. I'm not a mother and i never will be.. so i don't know what that "Irrational Love" felt like... but the experience i just had... really feeling God's love... i can't even describe. It's different.. just saying "God Loves Me"... but to really FEEL God's love for you is something else...

Min 59- mistical questions are prayers Why am I born? = Is a prayer and prayers are answered by redirection of your life.(the redirection of your life is the redirection of your life experiences and what you are learning from within). That always causes you to go through a period of great transition and anxiety. And if you don't recognize that as what it is , you would feel that the loss of control that is happening around you. Is something to panic about instead of recognizing what was that prayer I said??? Why did I do that? I will never say that prayer again! Instead of recognizing you are going into a cocoon. You are now in a cocoon, the classic, mystical cocoon waiting for new wings as a butterfly. You are in the chrysalis. But unable to recognize that, you will panic. You will say the pain of this : I feel lost and I feel blind. And I am lost when you, in fact, you're never as well cared for as when you're in the chrysalis. When you cannot see you are never more protected! You simply don't understand the mystical nature of your physical experience! Because you are looking to rationalize instead of the eyes of the soul. And this kind of anxiety you may well be picking up which was js not yours what if this is not my anxiety? From the notes I took while listening .
