Nice visual and thorough review. I own several and a set in a different color. Now, I don’t usually cook with the handle on, so my handles are in great condition.
I love these. I have cooked some of the dirtying foods in this set and I can confidently say these are amazing and are truly nonstick. But, like the manufacturers notes: low to medium heat, and only silicone utensils. They will last.
I think the reason the egg stuck in the beginning is because you need to heat the pan before use. When you flipped it, the pan was hot so it didn’t stick on the second side.
