Hi guys, in this video I go carp fishing with my mates.it has been a year since I last been fishing. I was in France last at cherpont lakes catching 40 and 30 pound carp.linear also has many 40s in the lake so I'm hoping on this one I will catch some big lumps. Also you may notice I put my spod bucket on the right hand side of my rods and I was actually spodding to the left of the rods. Reason for this is that I wanted to keep moving as much as possible so I don't get fat while carp fishing.always keep active guys 😂😂

Thanks ceri, maybe you should do a fishing video. I would love to watch that. We was there for 3 nights and was definitely a hard water. I've been to France and my heaviest carp was 41 pounds

I miss carp fishing. Me and a few guys from word used to fish Hampstead Heth ponds. Used to live about 10 minutes walk. Loved it. Most Friday nights overnight come home sat afternoon

Yeah it is a great way to get out with your mates rather than going to the pub. I love my carp fishing also but it has become very popular in the last so many years and trying to get booked onto lakes is hard work and the prices they charge these days is rediculous. So I enjoy wild camping hiking adventures now instead and don't cost the earth. I will still carp fish now and then when I can. Hope all is well, atb dai

@@CampNWildWithTheDragon we are going back about 20 years but with Hampstead you had to by a yearly pass. To use the lakes. I think it was about 15-20 and you could use it any time.

@@TeaInValhalla hi ceri, good to hear you like your fishing also. I've been carp fishing for 15 year and just before I got into wild camping. Carp fishing became more expensive.trying to get onto fishing venues became harder as there are more people doing it these last few years. I've stepped back from it now. Still got all the gear though, hopefully might give it another go soon. Yes I love fishing on the top, warm sunny days is the best for that

Would you say you could fit to beds in the 1man bivvy?

I don't think so, it is quite spacious for 1 man but its designed to go across the back. If you liked, give me a sub aswell bud. Helps my channel. Cheers 👍
