Nick Helleur is one of my heroes in fishing. A free spirit and free thinker. He’s a genuine maverick who understands Carp fishing and life. Listen to this man and you will learn things. Lovely times!
Great video. Think Nick hit it right on the head there. Too much hype & pressure now. On an old canal section today, all own my own. Enjoy the wind in the reeds & the birds. And if I get one I'll be chuffed! If I don't, it's a lovely morning, and I'll bait up , & try next time. 🙂
Great taster Joe.Nick is a shining example of how all these so called named anglers should be conducting themselves. I totally align with his opinions on the current state of carp fishing. Chapeau Nick, keep up the good work.
Brilliant video JOE. Absolutely love your content and views of life. Very very wise words Nick couldn't agree more. Enjoy the journey and make sure to stop and smell the roses.
Legend, watching this makes me feel even more so that I was born 30 years to late 😅 winter is when I do most of my fishing as it’s quiet! 🎣 great video mate, proper fishing 🎣
Carp angle is the best on RU-vid in my opinion. Theres other great content but not on a regular, the effort to put this content out is amazing. Also, the content from some of the big companies is so over the top. Fishing is chilled and you get that from this channel and joes work. I remember watching him on dvds from the old magazines and always enjoyed his work. Proper carp fishing channel. Cheers
Nick is correcto about enjoying with u mates etc but carp fishing is different things to different people nowadays, i find fishing alone or with 1 person is best for catching successfully but enjoying the journey which i do is the buzz - especially when the rod is away 😀 sponsored anglers they must be stressed out and probably burnt out - how can you enjoy fishing when your working and all your doing is fishing 24/7 😂 and the money is crap, whatever your doing guys enjoy while you can and enjoy the time ⏲ on the bank and those special moments 😉
Joe, can I offer to do a painting for you? Let me know, I can send you some pics of my work. I’ll do it for free. As a gift back for your content. Let me know?
Love everything this man has to say about carp fishing, I'm well into my pension years still love catching carp but try to keep it simple old fashioned float not looking for a twenty pounder any more it would frighten me to death never get it in 😂. Gwen 🧓
