Carpa / Volcada / Apilado (Level 400)  

In this class, we look at a technique called "Carpa (Tent)." We could also use the terms Apilado or Volcada as described in the video. The technique involves both partners going off-axis towards one another creating an inverted V or an A frame (i.e. Tent) looking shape.
