90 grams of butter
150 grams of flour
5 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Cream:
700 ml of milk
120 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 vanilla pudding powder
2 eggs
220 grams of butter
1 vanilla sugar
Charge:
400 g of forest fruit
3 spoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
100 ml of water
500 ml of whipping cream
50 g of flaked almonds
