Most often I'll be watching whilst playing FS22 myself, so I'm more listening than watching, and what I enjoy is listening to the interesting history/facts that come up, and the rants 😂 Could say it's similar to the makeup videos my wife watches where the person is talking about true crime at the same time. Enjoying this new series!

You give me so many ideas on what to do. I can't miss an episode of yours and look forward to you doing every single one. You say it often and you are so correct. "You can't please everyone". You can't and don't have to! You do a wonderful job and seem to really enjoy what you do just keep doing it!

This is how I'm playing this map. Farmers around me don't make flower out of there wheat or sugar from there cane they just sell the crop on, love you vids.

The majority of people who criticise obviously don't take into consideration the time and effort you put in. Setting the storyline, looking up the real history, trying to use different mods then editing. For all the 'you should have done this' or 'this is how it should be done '.... try doing it yourself!! I love the premise of this series. But, you're spot on...making gaming vids for a living is extremely frustrating because of the haters. One thing I say in the beginning of every one of my videos..."I'm playing MY way. Play the way you want to play." If they want no money, no contracts, no equipment...etc, they can play on their own. Ignore the haters, you make wonderful videos. I do contracts early on every time I start to help raise money to build up my own farm. Also farmers do do contracts in real life to help others in the community. There are so many ways to play this game, just play the way you enjoy it. Keep up yhe great work

Honestly, there have been some incredible maps the last month... This one is amazing. I play all different ways. I will do one with Zero workers, and the next I do all the workers possible and I cart and play it as a "Time Management" Challenge to keep everything moving without stopping. Its why I love this game and how I can play it all the time. One thing I have learned about myself is-Limit to one production and one animal type per play through. That leads to the most enjoyable play for me and keeps it fun not frantic. Also lets me not lose my first love-The farming itself. I say this only as how I play not what I want to watch. I watch everything from ultra realistic to DJ (haha) I think you and your content are brilliant and I appreciate you.

With 97k subscribers I think you should play it as you want to if some dont like it a lot more will but what some of us do not want is this constant self prevarication just DO It , you cant please all the people all of the time. Regards James.

Great episode... I think you should do just what you want to do, there is only so many ways you can harvest a field or plough one, as you say, if people don't like it they can wait for next lets play. However I like it when you do some of everything, logging, farming, and even production. Just watching & listening is entertainment for me.

It don't really matter what you do in your videos, pretty sure most people are just here to watch you enjoy the game. No mater what you do you can't please everyone, even if you paid everyone £1,000,000 to watch your videos I'm sure someone would find something to complain about. When the videos start becomming a chore to do this and that because that guy and this guy want it, that't when you need to start rethinking your content.

With the contracts, it’s not like there’s not any farmers in real life who don’t do that. There are lots of farmers who cut wheat for their neighbors. You do an amazing job, don’t listen to the idiots.

Hey fella! Another BRILLIANT lets play from MrSealyP. I and many many other viewers are loving it. Of course there is only so much you can do "in game" you tend your fields get them ready and when there is nothing to do on your own farm you help out other farms in the area by doing contracts until your fields/animals and /or greenhouses (if you use them) are ready for more nurturing. What are these people wanting a spot of GTA or call of duty between harvests? lol 😂 Keep up being you buddy you do a fantastic job and the majority love it. 👍

Play your way, it's not always the way I would have done it but that doesn't mean I won't watch it. I learned the game through your tutorials, I rely on your mod reviews to identify what I might find useful, your map tours are essential to identify the site of my next save game, and your Let's Plays are often a source of inspiration. You beat me to it on this map (day after the map tour, so I know you like it), so run with it. You're already running the game on multiplayer, so if you want to revive the collective I'd be more than willing to move into the dormitory and be one of your workers. Been watching for quite sometime, well today I subscribed, commented, and shared your video.

Play it your way IMO. I love the way you have started this one with older equipment but as you grow I assume you will get newer bigger and better stuff. With all the huge fields on this map its a must. It's the way of the game to me. And how can anyone just ignore contracts? Unless you cheat money in you have to do contracts! I like them myself as they send you out all over the map to places you would never see if not for the contract. And this beautiful map is a joy to explore. I hope you get animals going on the home farm with all the big barns, slurry tanks, silage bunkers that are just sitting empty at the start. The home farm alone could be a massive animal operation. There is also space for greenhouses and wow the possibilities are endless on this map! But whatever you choose make it something you enjoy for sure, I'll be watching I know that.

although i like to watch the start from stratch type farming lets be real farming is about all levels of farming from small beginnings to the big hugh farms that are needed to supply food for everyone dont pay attention to the negative and keep doing what makes you happy

As small youtube channel myself I deal with the same issues you discussed here. I think it should be a mix of what you enjoy and suggestions. Cause if you are bored or frustrated we will know and hear from your tone. Also take some suggestions from viewers that sounds interesting to you and incorporate that into your vids. Also everyone has different taste in what they like. So your not going to please everyone.

Mate, I farmed for years and it was so hard. I would have killed for a second income like the contracts in this game. Most people spouting off wouldn't know one end of a cow from the other never mind trying to keep your head above water when you've literally got not a penny coming in for maybe six months and meal bill, vet bill, insurance etc still is landing on your doormat. Play the game how you want amigo. I love all your work, keep it up. From an ex farmer to a respected virtual farmer

Viewers...well they are a fickle bunch. They want what they want when they want it. I found your channel when i was still fairly new to fs22 just a few months ago and after viewing several other channels i and many of your other viewers come to you for our own reasons though many of us may do differently in game than you do. Whether this comes because we did or didn't like how you did something is honestly irrelevant. What matters most is that we all learned something from your video. I continue to watch your channel for various reasons..none of which is to tell you how to play or what to do..personally I'd have sold half the equipment, but that's what i would have done. I and your more constant followers watch you to see what YOU will do...just let that speak for itself..many of your followers tell you as much (and quite a bit more often than the nay sayers). The reason why nothing has changed is because of how you start the series. Then you do contracts straight away. Plus you pick out what you start with and how much money you have. I think for some or more they would like you to start differently. As in start the series with what the map gives you. The starting money and equipment. Precision farming might put people off because it's too much. Say that the farm is yours and no one else's like oh I'm working on Mr Smith Farm.

Mr Sealyp I do not comment often but one thing I can say is that you content is always good. And I love the content whichever map your playing it is always so relaxing to watch. Keep up the good work.

Sometimes when I hit months where all I’m doing is contract work I speed the timer for a bit to like five times or something like that and then I don’t just get stuck doing contract after contract after contract yet I still grab some of that nice money.

This may sound weird but I like the rants, as a cranky old fart myself I can totally relate. Where many FS youtubers would just timelapse mowing the grass it's way more interesting to listen to someone's thoughts on the game or mods etc. FS isn't supposed to be quick and actionpacked imo, it's "farming simulator", not "get rich quick simulator".

I enjoy watching MrSealyp let's plays, however he chooses to do them. What difference does it make if he's on his own field or a contract? It's still farming, and fun to watch. Thanks for the video.

I work in a field that requires a lot of public consultation. The rule of thumb is you only generally get comment from the top and bottom 5% of people who are interested in what you are doing. Therefore you should stress less about the bottom 5% of viewers are thinking and know the vast majority don’t mind to varying degrees. You could do something different and do an audience pole for each of the main elements of your next let play. Ask the question, weeds, Stone, precision etc. work to set up but might make it interesting😂

Haters gonna hate as Miss Swift once said. I personally don't care how you play the game. I watch because I enjoy watching your videos. Play the way you want to play and as long as your enjoying it then that's the main thing. People would hate my let's plays. Millions from the start with loads of productions and the best of equipment. Also own 3 fields for each crop and two or three of each animal pens😂 Enjoying this so far although missing Edgewater😢 Keep going big man

Ok MrSealyP. I'm one of those in the silent majority who just enjoy anything you do no matter what you do. I watch your stuff while playing FS myself and I'm most annoyed when you go to Lake District. Because you don't post so many videos then ;) Allright. I have a few thoughts. I know you won't like some of them, but I'm trying to be constructive here. First off about the comments: 1. Don't listen too much to people. If you do; listen to your people on your discord. These guys are your true fans. I've said this befor; be you. It's because of you people watch you. You're creative, funny and just a very likable guy. I'm enjoying listen to you just talking about your life and your wonderful family. Don't you dare stop doing that ;) 2. People complain about the same all the time.. they won't stop. You'll never please these guys. I can bet most of them are children with non-existant attentionspan. About your playstyle. I'm no fan of your playstyle either... it's too unrealistic for me. But like I said, that's not why I watch your videos. I still have some thoughts though: 1. You get complaints because you don't struggle enough. I know you do.... but your strugge isn't visible in your videos (6 hour potatoharvests and your recent harvest from this video). We don't see enough of it. You progress a lot off screen, we don't see you buying stuff and so on. I almost do no contracts myself, but when I do I only use my own equipment. 2. You should post more videos and progress slower between episodes! You're not getting enough views for the amount of hours you do on each episode. Take Daggerwin for instance. He posts one 20 minute video daily and I DOUBT he plays more than 1 hour on average daily. I'm sure of it as his videos show he's not that into FS anymore. I don't even think he plays every day. Still he posts consistently at 4pm (here in Norway) every day and get a lot more views than you. I know he has lots more subscribers... but you do FAR better and interesting videos than him. Last thing: You should consider shifting to PC. I know people have been bagging you about this for years... but you should seriously consider it. There's a lot more you can do... and I seriously think we're missing out when you "only" play on a PS5. You're such a creative guy... and you're limited by Sony. Even more important though: YOU CAN USE YOUR SIDEPANEL AGAIN :D Sorry... like I said. I love your stuff. I like it when you rant, but not when you rant about pre-pubertal keyboard warriors. I think the No contacts, no equipment, no money people are expecting you to take loans and live season to season barely able to pay your interest / leasing payments as you go. Keep doing you. I had a boss once where every feedback was basically “you haven’t done anything wrong, but you certainly haven’t done anything right.”
