First!!! Good cleaning CRB action amazing!! But I can imagine the gross urinated pad underneath disgusting, I still don’t get it ppl with animals let “them” destroy those carpets. If I had carpet I’d have no pets. Happy New Years!!🥂🍾

She dog damage in a bedroom the smell doesn't help ,you did the best possible but replacement of the underlay very desirable,you super cleaned the carpet as a stopgap to total replacement as customer requested.

Was this carpet vacuumed before cleaning? I only ask because it doesn't look like it

The customer did. We don't pre vac carpets that have heavy urine before cleaning as not to contaminate the equipment for other homes.
