Welcome to Car Audio car plays been around for years there’s nothing special here. But you got to ask yourself . How many warning lights did go on? I’ll tell you one thing if Ken Ward got involved in this install I will probably say everyone. Before doing any kind of CarPlay or integration check with your local dealer you may void all your Warranty specially if you got a guy like Ken working on it. I know I’ve experienced it.

Also - CarPlay now does wireless connections. Would this Sony unit you retrofitted inside the original casing be capable of doing the WiFi connect?
