Not sure about Jacob, but I had mine for a year and just had to get a replacement from fox because I could not longer screw the central pole into the the central block, apparently the threading going is pretty common.
I have a love hate relationship with my ultra 60, in colder months the condensation is really bad, runs down the ribs and drips on the grounsheet, the vapour shield does work but if you don't align your bed properly it will get wet. That's my only gripe with it, the blackout material is amazing, no more waking up with the sun in the summer months, zipped up in the height of summer it's pitch black inside
I bought one and hate it. It's gone back now due to faults with the poles slipping. It's not easy to setup compared to others either. Yes, it does stay dry and it's solid and material is good quality but I regret buying this. When I get a replacement I'm selling it. When you open it up, it's not stable. I.e it doesn't just sit and allow for pegging. It's really awkward. Then you have to try and thread these thin poles through to form the rigid arch which is also a pain. You then have to attach 2 additional storm poles through the door. You then need to adjust 4 storm poles (there are 2 inside). My 2 man twin skin Bivvy is easier to put up than this. One plus is that it goes back in the bag fairly easily. If this hasn't put you off and you want to buy one, I'm selling one. Brand new camo full system... When Fox eventually send it to me.
I get my Fox Flatliner sleep system in mate with loads of room - and that's a big bedchair - probably around the size of the Nash Wideboy I think. Great bit of kit for a brolly system, I had the Supa 60 system 1st which leaked and had condensation issues, however non of that with the Ultra system. I only use it really for tight swims or quick overnighters, anything over 48hr I'm on the bivvy but I reckon it would do and be easlily comfy for longer sessions. Did you get one?.
South west carp hunter that's mad, im in Bude lol... cheers for that I'll be ordering one in the new year as I want something decent that I can whack up pretty quick on the bank for a quick session
