Part 3 of a 4 part CarPro Product Video Series.. We are showing our customers how to properly use CarPro Reload which is an Si02 based sealant. This product should only be used on a clean vehicle. This process will apply great protection streak-free. Reload will give you months of professional grade protection and help boost your coating's slickness and hydrophobics.

Would/do you put Reload on the plastic lenses? Glass, aluminum wheels? What is forbidden to put Reload on? Thanks!

You can put Reload on plastics, aluminum or chrome trim as well as glass if you like. Just make sure you dry wipe with a fresh towel on glass to ensure you get any residue off.

Do you have a specific brand of microfiber towel you recommend? If not, what specifications for the towel should I be looking for. I noticed you mentioned 16x16 but is there a specific pile length that you recommend?

Can i use this product when i wash my ceramic coated car as maintaining? Or better dry the car properly and use another product as a top coat on the ceramic? I actually look for extra shine gloss look than hydrofobics. Please advise.

What’s the differences between reload and quick detailer spray ?

Reload is designed to specifically go over a ceramic coating to 'top up' the gloss and hydrophobic properties, but it isn't actually a quick detailer spray as such. If you wanna make your own quick detail spray, you can mix the carpro reload with carpro ech2o and distilled water. Or just use carpro elixir. Its basically that same solution but more stable

Jerico, you should remove the wax first. This can be done with a wash soap formulated for stripping wax. Or you can remove the wax with a mix 30-40% mix of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) in a spray bottle and wipe down with soft microfiber towel. Only use IPA method after the vehicle is cleaned. The sealant (Reload) needs to have clean bare paint or coating to bond to.

Use a washine machine with no heat, let them air dry and use Tide Free and clear detergent. It has no dye and wont damage the towels

Could you use Hydro2 lite after washing when rinsing, then use reload after drying?

Hydro2 works great as an in wash replacement to using Reload. If you are looking for a drying aid, check out Elixr.

No. You'd need to strip the wax.

How many towels would you use on a regular sedan?

I’ve used a total of three 16x16 microfiber towels to complete a Medium sized sedan (Toyota Camry).

Depending on the size of the vehicle, but we usually go through 4 16x16inch microfiber towels for a sedan. The trick to Reload is to ensure you remove all the residue. Most complaints of streaks is from not follow up and wiping with fresh towels. This ensures there is no residue left behind.

How offten can I apply reload? ever second week or not. I wash my vehicles every week, expected in the winter once a month.

Use CarPro Elixir every time you wash. That’s the quick detailed version. Use Reload every 6-12mo Reload can’t be used in the sun and can streak if you’re not super careful. Elixir is the same but less concentrated so can be used every wash and in the shade

@@ansonooi3860 no, it won't last long I would recommend graphene coating now. much easier to apply. just wash your car with a strip wash and then apply the graphene. I used glassparency graphene

Yet you apparently watched the video. Some people want to hear what an expert has to say about application. The first time I used it, I had some streaks. After I watched the video and followed the instructions on the video, it worked great. I’m appreciative of the content and apparently not alone.

There's so much unspoken information in the video that an idiot like me can learn from. Like how much product he uses, the approximate amount of wipes/pressure, etc. In general a video says 10x more than the descriptions on a bottle.
