Carprog 8.21 online Golf VI Mileage and Immo data reading,new key 

Hi, do you have advice for me? I am trying to change the dash on my A4 B7 (RB8 Immo4) from the mono FIS to color FIS. I can not read the immo data from old dash for some reason, always gives me an error. Eeprom dump comes out with useless garbage. If I install the new dash I can read the immo data and eeprom from it, even change km, without any problems, only have the problem with the old dash which I urgently need to read the immo data from to transfer to new dash. What might be the issue? I am using Carprog 13.77

I have original carprog but I can not read the data immo on cluster scirocco 2013 tdi with codes sw 0809 hw 04, from obd tells me to do it in boot mode. do you have a solution?
