Carradice Saddlebag Clamp 

This video shows how the Carradice Saddlebag Clamp is installed onto a saddle.
These clamps are used to add saddlebag tabs (or loops) onto a saddle that does not have them (typically Brooks and Brompton saddles have them).
All Carradice Saddlebags (and a variety of other brands) require these tabs to attach their bags to your saddle. This Saddlebag Clamp hides nicely under your saddle and offers a secure attachment for these bags.
