Yeah like even normal racing is not abuse they have 3-5 whips per 100 meters but these guys don’t know shit about racing and whip the shit out of them I hate people doing that 😔

Horses feel even the smallest of flies and are able to twitch the localized area fast enough to get rid of it. They feel the crop just as much or more than a human could. It also doesn't matter how good the care is in the daily lives of the horses because they are still being subjected to cruelty and abuse through the excessive whipping in the races. I held my first racing commission license when I turned 18 and am nearing retirement, now. Just being around horses all my life has helped me gain a lot of insight into their behaviors and reactions, but the thing that helped most was anatomy and physiology, in both horses and humans. Knowing how, why, and to what extent they feel stimuli helps to understand their minds, as well.
Horses have thinner skin than humans and many times more the nurves, so you cant say the whipping doesn't hurt. They can 'feel' much more than a person can. It's why if you watch a horse in a pasture, a single fly lands on them there entire side might ripple with agitation. Horses are incredibly sensitive to touch.

horse racing is abuse I would never treat my horses like this they are amazing animals and they need better then this and there pulling on the bit way to hard it's hurting them
I disagree in that not all racing is abuse, but there is too much abuse in racing. This certainly qualifies as abuse, and I would never treat my horses like this, either.
I’m just wondering the lady at the starting box with the whip how would she like it if she was to be whip on the arse that is so wrong. Obviously it’s a South American country there is no safety hats, worn bye people loading the animals as a matter of fact I as a race horse fan find is terribly cruel😢

no se como permiten esto tio, que hagan carreras vale, pero sin una fusta bro pobrecitos le estan dando a matar :( lo peor esque vi un video donde el jinete se cayo del caballo y el caballo gano el solo la carrera sin que nadie le de fusta :/ osea no es necesario eso, como se nota la gente a la que no le importan los caballos.
hola amigo, como estas, en estas carreras de rectas se suele usar la fusta con mucha agresividad pero la mayoria de carreras no les dan con la fusta, porque son carreras de 1600m o 1800m muchas veces, pero sacando eso la fusta no les duele solo es una tocada que les dan para que el caballo ya entrenado sepa que tiene que correr, si te das cuenta estos caballos de carrera tienen unos musculos muy muy gruesos casi ni lo sienten al golpe, a esos caballos los cuidan mas que a sus madres, te lo dice una persona que su familia desde los 50 se dedica a las carreras, saludos. (solo te explico no lo digo a mal)
