I worked on a 69NT40-511 with a controller similar to the one you have on video. However I am reading a LO on the main display that flashes. The manual doesn't state much about the LO alarm only that it flashes when the supply main voltage reach 75% lower of its proper value. That doesn't make sense since 75% difference of 480V would be 120V. There's no way my compressor would run on 120V lol and the controller should kick it out of operation in a voltage drop situation. I'm not sure if they mean the battery pack or actual main voltage supply. It still lets everything operate though.

Plz show me the way to manually FORCE the "Manual Defrost" process to start. (Besides the way of PRESSING AND HOLDING the Manual Defrost Switch). THANKS.
