Absolutely love your recipes and videos!!! here's a few I'd love to see in the future......dumplings....both the drop kind and roll out kind with fresh ground wheat. A quick mix biscuit topping...like a Bisquick replacement.... and pie crust! just hoping you will think about those... lol😂

Did you have to sift the flour first? I thought it would be gritty if you didn't, but maybe that's just due to my failure with trying to mill flour with a blender
