Carrot Cake recipe 👇
Carrot mix: 2X large carrots, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2X spoons cinnamon, 1x spoon ginger, 1x spoon cardamom.
Egg mix: 3x eggs, 1 1/2 cups suger, whisk until white and fluffy.
Flour mix: 1 Cup all purpose flour, 1x spoon baking powder, 1x spoon vanilla.
2x spoons vegetable oil.
Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at (no fan) 180c degrees (~15min)
For the cream filling: 1x cup whipping cream, 300g cream cheese. Whisk until smooth then add 1x cup icing sugar, 1x spoon vanilla.
