Today we are in Felsbrunn and it's time to harvest carrots. But first, we need to clean and tidy some machines and after that was done we got our storing area marked. Then we jumped into Mercedes GLE and headed to the dealer to pick up the harvester and header. We are using Holmer TerraDos4 for harvesting carrots and for carting them we are using Claas Xerion 5000 and GRIMME MULTITRAILER 350. We got GPS calibrated on Holmer and we started harvesting carrots. Because we had a lot of rain the last few days the field is soft and muddy. We are struggling to harvest carrots up the hill. But we got our first few loads of carrots in the storage, we are dumping them on the ground and then we gonna cover them with a tarp. We managed to get Holmer stuck in the mud so we got Claas Xerion 3800 to pull it out of the mud. Then Holmer started acting weird, GPS was struggling to line up, and also we were struggling to go up the hill more. So we got our Mercedes Sprinter Service van to the field and tried to fix it. We also go our van stuck in the field so we pulled it out with Claas Xerion. Then we continued harvesting, we got Holmer once again stuck so Class Xerion helped again. We used our wheel loader to pile up carrots nicely so we can store them. After we finished harvesting we cleaned and return Holmer and header back to the dealer, it was a little bit broken. And then we headed back home to take some rest.
