Ingredients:
1 cup cake flour (160 g)
1 cup grated carrot (140 g)
70 g sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (approx. 110 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar with orange (or a little grated orange peel)
30 g chopped almond flakes
a pinch of salt
butter to grease the tin + a little flour or paper muffin cups
Bake at 180 degrees (top-bottom heat) for approx. 25-30 minutes.
