Well a microphone usually has delayed audio which makes it look sync'd in. But whats most likely is that for this video they used the actual tracks audio as the quality of the live music wasn't good enough.

Don't forget: the city was under heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorms. Have you heard thunder captured by a high-sensitivity microphone on a live show? Bursting eardrums. Literally. In a speech the sound operator can minimize this problem but in live music or if Houdini.

Who cares if its a playback?!?! Its the presentation of the song, for the first time. And Kygo actually flying directly from the other side of the globe before the performance.
