Some leave being "Sadqatul jarriyah" An on going charity which will benefit them after their death while others leave behind Ongoing sins which will haunt them even after death
If someone repents by doing the opposite such as advising people to listen to Qur'an instead of music, or give people halal life advices or guides them or gives dawah, would this make the passive sins stop?

And whoever prays Isha and Fajr in congregation, then he has (the reward as if he had) spend the entire night standing (in prayer)."Jami` at-Tirmidhi 221
