There are people in those cars. The area flooded contains tens of millions of people.. Officials say that only 20 people died in the whole flood. The real death rate is probably over 50,000. Probably much higher.
That water will kill you! If you have any open wounds or get it in your mouth or eyes, there's a lot of hard to pronounce diseases that are sure to pop up. The real death toll will unfortunately be countless because of this.
