mate, chuck owt out you like, its not all about the content, its often about who delivering it and how well its presented, you're winning on both counts so just keep doing what you are doing and give us more content if you can. Checkout salvage rebuilds, they are a great set of lads, I also like what they are doing. Ultimately we'll probably watch whatever you put out but I personally like to see you buy in cars, fix them up and then sell them on, thats very satisfying.
I’m happy to watch any content you make. The more you like it, the more we’ll like it. I’d enjoy car repair, painting, cleaning, buying, the lot. The only part I don’t enjoy so much is when a new project is bought and nothing gets done to it. Those videos feel like a waste of time. Even if it’s bought and just cleaned, the video accomplishes something. For shorter videos, what about cleaning/detailing advice? A 5 minute guide on set up, picking decent products, polishing, mopping, waxing etc. Show us fools what it looks like when it done well and when it’s done wrong!
The long valeting videos I really enjoy, plus product reviews please. Car repairs and car modifications I also really enjoy. Well done on passing your Class 2 as well, Gary. All the best and looking forward to more videos. Thank you for all the content.
I love Moose, he is a lovely dog, I feel a special weakness for him and it is partly because my dog Cindy died last Christmas and for personal reasons I will not be able to have another dog, she had a certain physical resemblance to Moose, she had the same coat as him and was very jovial but cancer got the better of her. You are both very lucky to have each other and you live in a beautiful place where you can enjoy the day to day life. Greetings from Madrid, I wish you and Moose lots of happiness.
I'd prefer you stuck with what you do best, cleaning filthy abused vehicles. If I want car reviews etc there are plenty of other channels that do them well. Keep up good work.
Like others I enjoy all your content however prefer the car cleaning stuff, the odd review here and there maybe.. Maybe one on dog recall after seeing Moose on the beach.
Any type of videos! Repairs, product reviews, Moose, that amazing BMW M3 of yours... Standard detailing 20+ minutes are of course the best, for me personally those are like a daily therapy. As a fellow Scot I have always enjoyed your valeting videos but I'm afraid the highlight for me is now seeing Moose running around like a crazy thing on the beach. When we normally just see him lying in his bed in your unit or standing outside just surveying his domain it's hard to imagine him galloping around and having such fun. :-)
You have the gift of detailing, paint restoration, and mechanical repair. You do quality work, you're hilarious, and you have a furry helper. That's what had me subscribe. Just be you, Gary. Don't worry so much about what folks want.
A video talking through all of your brushes, tools, chemicals and what concentrations you use. Also things not to do. Maybe you could talk about products from the past and what's new. I see that ceramic coating is new, or at least new to me.
I'm a big fan of your multiple vids on the one car, repairs cleaning, even purchasing and selling will be interesting. And plenty of wee questions at the end. 😂😂😂

Moose has loots of energy :) Always nice to see car cleaning videos, but maybe some fixes too. Last Saturday did some basic cleaning of my car interior, basically just hoovering the carpet and seats + wiping the dust with damp microfiber cloth, also cleaned the windows. Even hoovered the cabin air filter, as it's not yet too dirty and it's easy to access :P
I am happy now, one detailer came back after year and half, you are posting... But i would kill for extreme makeovers, buying trashy cars for 200£ like Ibiza, Swift... BMW project, i didnt watch any, sorry, not info that thing... Make it around 30 min. and perfect! Greeting!

Here's a thought, colab Wii several tubers, all buy cars, u pick cars up in transporter ( use yer license ) all repair, valet n sell own car n winner gets bragging rites + a get commission for idea👍🤞. Always great content Gary (and Moose. Maybe a collaboration with Auto Alex especially rejuvenating the Volvo field find, that would be right up your street for a clean and repair.
Mate, love your channel. You’ve touched on bits of it before but I love the idea of rejuvenating shitboxes. Sustainability and green is the biz right now. So why not capitalize…. Other channels do it too and have been super successful at it like carthrottle. Why not cover an old potential write offs’s journey? Bit of content at the auction/tips on what to buy/what not to. Bit of content on what you know about the car. Video on assessing it mechanically, what needs to be done, must be some local collaboration opportunities there?. Then washing/detailing (stick to what works). Then, who buys it? Are they happy? If they won’t be videoed on the channel then are they ok with you sharing their story? Etc etc. At every step humanise it like you already do. You got me into watching car detailing ffs, you must be doing something right!!. AND of course, every stage is a new “subscribe and like” opportunity? Break then up, get people hooked in and suggest new content next week/month based on a particular car’s journey. It will frustrate the hell out of me, but I’m already subscribed….!

If you want to go a collaboration with another UK based car channel, maybe Once Driven Forever Smitten might be with asking? Both of you are Scotsman, Doug, the guy who runs the channel, as far as a I can tell is a truck driver, and was once a Vaxhaull mechanic, he’s got a shed full of old Vauxhalls he’s working on, he does regularly drive all over the UK, and he’s got 10.4K subscribers, so may be worth asking if you want to team up.
Whatever floats your boat.. I’d watch the repairs, paint work, cleaning, selling.. pretty much whatever! And of course a bit of Moose content every now and then;-)

Repair and then a clean , the whole package would be good. Short videos on stuff would be fine , but not " shorts" they suck. Video on the truck driving would be awesome.
How about attaching a GoPro to Moose, and let him run around the beach. I'd be curious how much sand gets in your car, after. Might also be fun to see you chasing after him, with complete proof that Moose knows you are following the leader. Otherwise, I'm going to watch just about anything you put on. I can't think of a video I haven't hit the Like button for.
I enjoy everything you do . I do enjoy the whole buy repair clean and sell . How to videos are good with product reviews. Doing your track car and track days are good . Watching your videos helped me though furlough. Barn finds fixing them up cleaning them would be good . Hoots man there's a moose loose about the beach
What about cleaning motorcycles, golf carts, boats (start small). Car repair vids? Not my favorite but it's your channel. You do what you want to. How about a mobile car valet service?
working on recall's really easy actually, you just got to make him think your the funniest thing around. Hoot and huller jump around, make you voice a little high pitched and you'll get his attention.....you'll look like an idiot to some people but you'll be helping your recall vastly, also bring high value food for moose and you'll have it cased.
Love the channel - I came for the cleaning content but watch all your vids because you always make it entertaining. What about some videos about basic car maintenance skills - get some new subscribers? How to change oil, check tyres, etc. And Moose needs to be in every video too! :-)

I enjoy your Valeting videos, but I always look out for the repair videos. The last one you did was the Yellow Seat and you didn't follow up on that one! You were going to send it for an Mot I think but there was no follow up video.

@@autoshineblackpool I was thinking (ok dreaming) driving 8 wheelers full of 30T of stone. Guess all those jobs are sewn up. Artics fun but dangerous I think for an amateur part timer. Perhaps write to the people you would like to drive for. Think I could drive (with training) but useless at the loading/unloading and perhaps that's the real job. Could you deliver trucks/vans for a supplier? Do a video then you might get some good leads? Back on the cars, could you invest in the gear to do professional wheel refinishing? In long term you need to manage a small firm. Think you have the talent for that. Anyhow big thanks for getting me thinking about jobs (to pay for the Mondeo suspension 😁 etc)

Project car videos are always interesting, nice to see a car in disrepair end up looking nice, tbh the car review market is pretty flooded so would be hard to find original cars to review.
What a good time on the beach for both i would love to live close to a beach like that. As for the videos i like the buying repairing and cleaning and sell best thanks.

I like your idea about a few reviews. I like hearing/seeing a professional detailer’s opinion about different products and detailing equipment that might be suitable for people who like cleaning their own cars. Small repair ‘how to’ vids would also be good too. Main thing is that you still enjoy doing it. Keep up the good work.👍 Cheers.
I agree with what you said, one big clean per month or so and maybe some other side videos about the buying/delivery/sale process, maybe some M3/track day stuff would be fun. You have to be careful with a lot of variation, RU-vid's algorithm doesn't do so well with it, I've seen a couple of channels fall off over the last few years when the creator got bored of the content and tried to change things up and RU-vid stopped promoting the content. I think as long as you maintain the valeting you should be just fine. Excited to see the future of the Autoshine channel!!
I love the car detailing videos but also enjoy the car repairs, taking a clapped out wreck and turning it into something saleable. Always amazed by paint correction videos and have an unhealthy obsession with headlight restorations. Track days and mods aren’t for me but if it’s something you’re interested in then you should do it as I reckon there will be a big appetite for it. Keep up the good work Gary. 👍🏻
Try People's Car for a collab. Al is down in Sheffield and does a mix of motor engineering type stuff and car show tours. Mostly air-cooled VWs. I think you two would work well together.
I woud love to see a show off like autoshinecars VS detailgeek or iamdetailing or ammonyc. Both start a scrappy car wash and then the difference between them. Like ed stafford VS the world thing.
I like all the content an would like to see some repair vids too. I know a guy who just passed his hgv an started with a agency work and they wanted him to do 15 hours on his first day. didn't go well 👍👍
I love living in Blackpool too and when I had my dog we were often on the beach especially in the area you have been. Glad you both got some exercise. with regards to the vids I love the cleaning car vids but any other like restoration would be most watchable.
