Cars High Octane: Piston Cup Race Without Boost

I remember I promised someone to make a gameplay on Piston Cup Track with Expert difficulty and without using any boost and 'reset hacks' (when you're going off track and then the game teleport you to the 1st place), so here it is. It also showcasing a new song I added to the Piston Cup Races mode -- it's the intro song from Cars 3 -- Run That Race by Dan Auerbach. I think it fits perfectly on Piston Cup Races, I'm very enjoyed racing with it.

I wish they made the AI all drive on the same paths like how they did it in this game I can imagine if they did that in the first game and make it a challenge where you can't out perform them.

There should be a way to get the speeds up to around 200MPH like in the first game. I've seen someone do a mod on that already but it was free roaming

I also wish there was a mod to bring back rolling starts in the Piston Cup races. It's always felt so *wrong* to see them all start from a stand still.

Two Questions: 1. Why does the music continue after the Results Screen already appeared? 2. How come Lee Jr's icon seems really bad-quality?

1. Because I make it play on both results and records screen (I can explain how if you want); 2. It's his PC icon. I just noticed that the PC icons have the numbers from the movie (except for Aikens one which still has number 51), so I added this icons for their X360 paintjobs. Now the numbers on the paintjob and on the icon are the same. So I still have unused icons for Joltsen №28, Hollister №52, Cortland №54 and Clarkson №4.

1. Please tell me! 2. How did you extract them? And could you please give me a download link to them? I think Aikens' icon does have #61, but it's very hard to tell. (UPDATE: Just checked myself, it is #51.)

1. Well sure. Go to the DataPC\C\UI\CarsRSUI.pag, find RaceRoad_Results info in it and write "AllowGameMusic=T" below it. You can enable or disable music in almost all events in the game via this file. 2. TrackManiaMatt489 extracted them using QuickBMS from Cars VG X360 iso long time ago.

Infinikip made a tutorial about it long time ago, here it is: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-igNP0WcPvi8.html . But he forgot to say that you need to add the song to the Streams.juk (DataPC\E\Audio\Streams.juk) file also, so don't forget about it.

Maybe it's just that my game doesn't like loading up the new music, then, because I know how to add my own music (I added a TON of music back when I had the game on my laptop).
