I love his videos but my opinion? No. I say that because like in this video it becomes obvious when hes trying to hurry along through the selection of cars. Go back and watch the mad max lookn thing with the blue wheels and the exhaust pipes sticking way up out the back. When gets to the bulging volcano that you have to jump to get to the teleporter, his very first attempt he nearly jumps so far he could have practically landed on the teleporter with NO assists from the boulders, but the aim was off. He only try's (on video) 2 more times and says nope we are changing cars cause it cant do it.. when it obviously could have. Who knows if it could have done the whole thing but it seems blatantly obvious to me that he was trying to get through a few more cars for video length and get to the right one. Also noticeable when the video starts he always spends a ton of time trying to get cars to work that wont and as the videos go on the attempts get shorter and shorter like as if hes realizing he needs to hurry it up.... leading up to "picking" the right car. I know video editing is a thing but.. my two cents-- edit.. I came back to add this cause I just thought about. If it TRULY is random and he TRULY doesn't know the winning car (which I dont believe for a second) with video editing the would just cut it out, stage the scene how they want it and put it at the end of the video. So who knows

@@75novaguy73it didn't go nearly as far, but much higher, when the aim was right. I'm not so sure that it could have completed that obstacle due to the angle of the jump. The trajectory simply wasn't right.

Er- process of elimination?? Also. Gray has played possibly thousands of these, so he probably can tell if something won't work well (plus I imagine the process of elimination can get rather tedious so it's understandable if his patience gets short)

I have been waiting for HGray to realise that if you point the nose down you force the cars downward just like in the red and yellow hatchback. It is a must that you raise the front to atleast make it across the edge.

Alex's placement of checkpoints is perfect. in the before alex times, boards would have a checkpoint after every couple of hard tricks. gray got too comfortable with this. alex saving the checkpoint until after pretty much the whole board is done really ups the difficulty. well done.

Spot the difference map, 3 paths and Gray has to choose the right path by spotting the difference, choose the wrong one and teleport to die! Bonus points if you can make the difference/teleporters swap between the 3 paths when a teleport is taken to shuffle it so he can't easily brute force it :3

Concept: a wall ride where Gray, the car, and the wall are all invisible. Only clues Gray has for the location of the wall (and himself) are gradually accumulating skid marks and blood spatters 😛

i have a feeling alex tells grey which car is correct before he plays the board, i say this because the car with the boosters he only played a couple of times and it was obvious he could get that car over the volcano yk, and then he went right to the other car. this doesnt effect how i see grey at all tho, still is funny asf and even if that is true, it doesnt matter. im just sharing my observation with everyone. and its totally fine if you disagree, just dont be an ass about it :) anyways! great video grey! thanks for all of your hard work and thx alex as well! and all of the editors lol

I would love to see an water theme hurricane variation of this challenge. You have to work with anything that isn't an boat. But you got some crazy hurricanes coming your way. Also if you attempt to cheat with an boat, you instantly get blown up.

Alex should make some of his boards so that the different challenges change slightly depending on which car Gray is driving to make the board impossible until a certain number of cars have been tried. Of course, he won't be cueing Gray into that ahead of time.
