i'm new to this stuff. how often are nutrition and breathing talked about? i would think it's important, yeah? what do you eat throughout the day? do you fast at all?
i believe the two most important parts to this lifestyle are mentality and conditioning. right now, i think i'm in a great place, but what if i can do better? this type of knowledge needs to be shared throughout the tricking kick community, as well as everyone else in the world. it's so healthy!! i have a nice blueprint for keeping me healthy right now. for all those who feel the same way, let's share ideas. my top three are based on nutrition, mindful breathing through the nose, and a strong/positive mentality. from those three ideas, i have other ideas that branch out from them. i never want to stop finding better ways!
Depending on whether you’re a right-sided or left-sided tricker (right-sided meaning your right foot and right arm are your dominant side, and left-sided meaning vice versa) you should switch either your cartwheel or your full depending on which side you prefer to twist to. Though for me personally I would suggest you switch your cartwheel since it’s easier to switch the cartwheel than the full. But that’s just my opinion though.
