My sister Freda Martin played Mrs. Evan's, Derek Evan's mother. She lost her battle with cancer yesterday 11-30-2020. She was only 48 years old. Please pray for my family. We are devastated. Freda was a vital part of our family.

Them being released is like saying it was ok for what they did. Sorry but I don’t agree with all their releases. Like the old saying goes if you can’t serve the time then don’t do the crime. I’m a hard working American who provides for his family with an honest days hard work. I put in 14 to 16 hr days 7 days a week for 3 weeks. I’m home with my family for only 3 days a month then I’m gone again. But these guys gotta go out and rob people for what they have worked so hard for. It’s wrong and I don’t agree. And I feel that the NFL could've been different if these guys had done what Jesse Armstead did and said no to ever committing these crimes. Again I was hurt for them. But I am also a man who's been mugged twice. It could've been even more if I hadn't learned signed to look when I am out and about especially at night. My wish is that society would do a much better job at helping black young men not commit the crimes at all giving white judges a chance to sentence them to hard time in prison.
